Global Technology Company require Customer Service Engineers for South East LondonSalary dependent on experience + excellent package including vehicle, 42.5 hour week, o/t paid at 1.5, home to home, 24 days holiday + bank holidays ++++++ATM maintenance experience together with customer skills are ESSENTIALResponsible for installation, maintenance and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction and or in compliance with SLA’sRequirement to perform work on products and services of low complexity, specifically financial/ATM products; Make minor repairs and replace components on Tier I equipment such as PCs, workstations and peripherals, printers, front-end POS systems, First Line Maintenance on ATMs and kiosks, and single pocket proof encodersBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:1-2 years of related experienceAbility to work with Microsoft Office suite; Experience on Windows XP, Windows 2000 operating systemsExperience in PC Hardware Maintenance and supportA+ CertificationITE or Polytechnic in Electronics and Communications EngineeringWorks well with minimal supervision; Good problem-solving skills; Ability to pick up new skills quicklyAbility to work under pressure; Ability to meet deadlines and produce high quality workExcellent interpersonal skills/customer relationship skillsHigh level of mechanical/electrical aptitudeExperience on maintaining computer hardware (Desktops, Servers, peripherals), routers, networks, switches, hubsHigh level of personal integrity; Support and promote teamwork and cooperative effortMust have the ability to work a flexible schedule Required skills
