We are now working with a leading European investment banking firm. They have a very strong track record in tech corporate finance and have advised a range of exciting UK tech companies on a range of mergers and acquisitions, take overs and joint ventures.They are now looking to hire an Associate to their team, The role will involve: -Origination of new deals -Execution of M&A deals - full involvement in the deal making process Financial modelling, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation Extensive exposureto clients They are looking for someone as follows: Investment bankers with other advisory firms Lead advisory from big four corporate finance teams Probably 4 - 6 years solid deal experience Excellent deal sheet Tech experience is not essential for the roleif you have a strong M&A deal sheet
