The role will proactively partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to provide advisory and support services in relationto Talent and Performance Management, and Engagement - including system enablement. The role exists to provide support for the business to be able to implement these key people processes (Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement,) in such a way that they enable the business to get the best from their people.
