Job Description

Associate Quality Improvement Manager - LondonCirca - £40,000 per annum + competitive benefits and excellent pension.Primary Purpose of Role:In this role you will be responsible for both supporting and facilitating continuous improvement of the organisations Quality Management System thus ensuring all areas of the organisation are included in the Quality Management System and embedding a quality management culture.Key Responsibilities:Your experience to date will have seen you have exposure to some of the following:

  • Experience using a quality management system
  • Experience in the development and delivery of training material
  • Understanding of different learning methods
  • Experience writing detailed SOPs
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills
  • Good and frequent communicator
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task
  • Confident and able to deliver training to individuals and groups
  • Proficient IT skills to include MS Office
  • Evidence of successful team working
  • Able to work collaboratively with other disciplines
  • Excellent working knowledge of information governance and the requirements
  • Flexible and adaptable to organisation needs
  • Practical Experience of Records Management
