Job Description Are you an experienced Senior Manager / Associate Director looking to take the next step in your career to Associate Partner within a highly reputable North London Accountancy firm My client is highly regarded Top 100 listed Accountancy firm, based in North London. They are looking for an experienced and motivated Associate Partner to join their fast-growing firm. As Associate Partner you will ensure work is completed by the team to ahigh standard and to deadline, with strong client relationships being maintained. As Associate Partner, you will ideally have at least 5 years post qualified experience working in a similar sized Top 100 firm, my client is seeing a lot of growth in their clientbase and there are great opportunities to step up to the Partner level very quickly. My client has a large portfolio base of clients from the property and real estate sector, so experience dealing with those from a similar sector is essential for this position. With this you must also be able to cover all aspects of VAT, including personaland corporate tax, SDLT, tax reliefs as well as tax planning queries. You will be ACCA/ ACA qualified and have worked in Accountancy Practice, with at least 5 years post qualification experience. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of thePartners portfolio and reviewing the work of the rest of the team. With this you will also work closely with other senior staff members on the team management and employees personal training and growth. My client is looking for someone dedicated and motivatedto join the team and get stuck in and be a team player. Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing work of accountancy team and answering client queries
  • Training the team in respect of cash flow forecasting and management accounts and general accounting issues
  • Ability to grow own portfolio and network to bring in new clients
  • Able to be give sound tax advice, dealing with tax & VAT enquiries as well as corporate and personal tax
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic self starter with a can-do attitude
  • Able to think broadly and demonstrate a high level of initiative
