Job Description

Market-leading award-winning fintech has an opportunity for a senior associate to support the COO in business-wide operational improvement. The ideal candidate will have technology company experience, and have delivered projects related to operational improvement.Key responsibilities:

  • Analyse business processes and operations, and suggest areas for improvement
  • Project manage cross-functional projects to deliver efficiencies, process improvements, simplification and automation
  • Own business processes and metrics, and use them to improve operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and encourage a culture of continuous improvement

Required skills:
  • Analytical and organised, with strong attention to detail
  • SaaS technology operations experience
  • Personally delivered business improvement projects
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office and, ideally, Confluence, Jira and PowerBI
Ideal skills
  • Masters degree in Business Management
  • A good understanding of the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Six Sigma, LEAN etc.
The position is a starting salary of £60-70K + benefits + bonus.The working hours are 9 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday. Currently, staff are in the office two days a week.Interested Please send me your CV. Thank you.
