An exciting opportunity to be part of the Lending Operations Team Be able to contribute in making sound and timely recommendations in handling customers Reports to the Manager, Documentation and Agency & Lending and Client Services About The Role RoleLocation: ANZ, London, UK Role Type: 1-year Fix-Term Contract, Full Time Part of the Institutional business is the Documentation Team, which sits within the Lending Operations area that supports the Corporate Finance, Financial Institutions and Trade FinanceGroup in Europe. The portfolio consists mainly of large multinational corporates holding large syndicated, bilateral, and trade finance facilities, with a growing receivables and payables finance business. As an Associate, Loans Documentation, your role isto provide support and be responsible for the preparation of Bilateral & Syndicated facility documentation, as well as performing a coordination with the internal stakeholders and external/internal legal counsel, checking and control role through to the executionand Condition Precedent (CP) satisfaction stage, ensuring that documentation complies with ANZs internal approvals and policy requirements. Your role also manages a very small number of agency functions, which is a run off business, to ensure that ANZs fiduciaryresponsibilities as agent are fulfilled. The team is supported by an offshore Hub. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following - Extensive experience in preparing, facilitating and managing on a new and ongoing basis, tradeand loan facility documentation for investment grade organisations with good product familiarity and structuring awareness Excellent knowledge of industry standards relating to documentation and credit practices including extensive knowledge and understandingof Loan Market Association (LMA) facility documentation Experience and knowledge of receivables and payables financing documentation Strong interpersonal, collaboration skills with an ability to interface and negotiate with clients Highly organised individual,self-motivated, ability to set priorities, strong administrative skills and work in fast paced environment About ANZ At ANZ, everything we do boils down to why - our purpose - to shape a world where people and communities thrive.
