As an Associate Infrastructure Operations Engineer youll be working on the essential support and maintenance of the technical platform,ensuring that we can continue to deliver business critical services and innovations that improve the way with interact with millions of UK citizens.Youll be working to support the Cloudera application, patching and upgrading as well as incident resolution,reporting on the progress of these to stakeholders.What skills, knowledge and experience will you need Youll be working in depth with infrastructure technologies, so experience with these is essential, along with some systems administrator experience inat least one of the following: Unix Informatica Cloudera An ITIL Service Management Foundation Level 3, or the equivalent demonstratable experience.
