Associate, European M&A, US advisory firm We are now working with a leading US investment bank. They have a very strong track record in European investment banking and have advised a range of companies on a range of M&A, joint ventures and takeovers. Theyare very busy at the moment with a huge pipeline of work. They are now looking to hire an Associate to their team. The role will involve: Origination of new deals Execution of M&A deals Full involvement in the deal making process Financial modelling, due diligence,deal structuring, negotiation Extensive exposure to clients Candidate background They are very interested in meeting ACAs from the Big accounting firms who will have a background in M&A, lead advisory, corporate finance or transaction services.
