Associate Director -Technology RecruitmentTitle: Associate DirectorSalary: £70K, £150K OTELocation: LondonThe Client Our client are specialists in Cyber Security, BI and Big Data with a perm and contract presence in Europe and the Nordic regions. They have a stellar reputation with over 50% of the new business coming from in-bound referrals. They have experienced steady revenue growth over the past 12 months due to the stability of their markets.The Package As an Associate Director for my client you can expect the following:

  • £70K base salary, plus commission (£150K OTE)
  • Flexi-working
  • Uncapped commission (up to 50%)
  • Team override
  • Equity within the business
  • Private healthcare
    • The Role As an Associate Director for my client your role would consist of:
  • Inherit a team of 8 consultants and manage and develop them
  • Hire for your team - capacity to expand to 20 consultants in 2021
  • Heavy involvement in business development strategies and involvement in winning new business personally
  • Set team targets and drive revenue
  • Support and manage your team in order to achieve optimum results
    • The Candidate
  • Experience managing a team of 360 consultants
  • Proven track record of success, c.£250-350K billings within Technology recruitment
  • Demonstrated history of success winning new business
  • 6 years’+ experience in technology recruitment
  • Desire to be an integral part of the company’s growth and success over 2021.
