Job Description

Now, they are searching for an Associate Director to lead their newly formed Non-Clinical teamYour new roleThe role would see you become one of the most senior figures within the companies Global Non-Clinical Statistics function and you will play a vital role in the expansion of their UK department.

  • Strategic leadership both internally and externally, based on business needs
  • Technical leadership both internally and externally.
  • Translate ideas into pragmatic solutions of speed and quality, via research and application of statistical methodology.
  • Collaboration with researchers on experimental design, data analysis, interpretation and communication of data evidence for research, development
  • Serve as a statistics representative for cross-functional teams.
  • Lead and co-author publications and presentations.
  • What youll need to succeed
  • PhD / Masters degree in Statistics or related Quantitative Sciences field
  • Proficient in R statistical software or similar Data Science programming language
  • Proven written, oral, and personal interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in interdisciplinary contexts outside statistics.
  • Demonstrated team leadership skills!
  • Experience producing publications.
