Job Description

Associate Director opportunity within an established Corporate Finance Advisory and Investment House offering involvement in cross-border transactions across a range of high-growth sectors.THE COMPANYAn established Corporate Finance Advisory and Investment House with a history in direct investing, merchant banking and sourcing investment opportunities for a global network of SFO and HNWIs. The firm has successfully led and managed investments withinseveral sectors where innovation and technology are prevalent, achieving significant growth and value across both direct investments and co-investment transactions many times over.THE OPPORTUNITYJoining a strong and experienced team at AD / VP level, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of investments, working closely with Partners to originate and execute investment transactions on both a direct investment and co-investmentbasis.As an Associate Director, areas of responsibility will include:

  • Origination and evaluation of investment opportunities, meeting management teams
  • Managing pipeline of opportunities, reviewing investment decks and financial models
  • Writing investment appraisals for committee review
  • Building financial models
  • Managing fund raising processes
  • Working with portfolio companies, advising Boards on growth and exit strategy (IPO, Secondary Buyout etc)

THE PERSONYou will be an ambitious Accountancy / Advisory professional able to demonstrate the following:
  • ACA or CFA Qualified
  • Background within Mid-market M&A at a Top 4 / Top 10 firm or Investment Bank (5 years minimum)
  • A strong desire to develop your career to Director / Managing Director within the Investment sector
