REFERENCE: 9677 /35S We are working with a leading asset manager looking to add an Associate Director to its European Mid Market-team. The fund provides partnership capital to management teams with a flexible structuring capability, covering minority and majority equity investments, as well as the ability to provide more structured solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a pan-european firm with an excellent track record within a small and collegiate team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Appraisal of investment opportunities - deal filtering and initial assessment Preparation of investment memorandum and financial model Transaction execution: overseeing due diligence workstreams and documentation Drive, manage and co-ordinate the majority of activities through the entire deal process, from initial negotiations through to final implementation Portfolio responsibilities including board member responsibilities YOUR PROFILE: Associate/Manager/AD level experience within Corporate Finance or Investment Banking. Consultant level experience in a Blue-chip strategy consulting firm or previous investment experience from a Mid-Market PE fund Excellent technical, commercial and financial modelling skills An entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to get hands-on - comfortable operating with a high level of responsibility and autonomy Down-to-earth personalities who care about culture, with high levels of energy, enthusiasm and emotional intelligence European languages beneficial - Italian, Spanish, French, German or Nordic
