Job Description

Maclean Moore are partnered with a world wide professional services engineering consultancy. They have a vast presence across the globe with offices across 40 countries and around 40,000 employees. This organisation is working on some of the most challengingand complex projects across a huge range of sectors and disciplines.My client is constantly expanding their London capabilities, after a large number of successful hires they are now looking to bring on an Associate Director to lead, develop and coordinate a large engineering team. This promises to be an exceptional role,that can provide candidates with continuous career development and growth potential within a very large organisation.Responsibilities

  • Leadership & management of various complex projects, conducting concept studies and strategies. Input into hands-on design when required.
  • Simultaneously leading a range of drainage, flood risk and highway developments around the London area.
  • Leading and being supported by an experienced and talented team of industry specialists
  • Client liaison, assisting in the preparation of fee proposals, business development, and financial control of projects
  • Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to timeframes, budget, programme and technical standards and meet all QA, CDM and HSE requirements
Candidate Requirements
  • Candidates will be minimum 8 years industry experience
  • Candidates must have experience working in a similar level role previously
  • Good knowledge of the legal processes, planning, design, design software, adoption and contract procedures
  • Also strong technical knowledge of Drainage strategy, SUDS, flood protection, highways and utilities
  • Candidates must be Chartered, CEng or equivalent
