My client who are a well respected, London based, specialist Geotechnical Engineering consultancy are looking for an Associate / Director level Geotechnical Engineer to join their team. Candidate criteria: ·Industry recognised leader in the field of groundengineering consultancy. ·Strong academic background in civil engineering and ground engineering. ·High level of technical ability and driven by technical excellence. ·Experience across sectors (urban development and infrastructure). ·Full life-cycle projectexperience (from concept to detailed design delivery). ·Proven team leadership and mentoring ability. ·Strong communication skills. ·Entrepreneurial mindset with high level of BD acumen. Role: ·Stepping into team leadership and group management role. ·Strategicpractice steer alongside other directors. ·Contributing towards practice vision and culture. ·Support with overall business coordination. ·Client engagement and relationship management. ·Business development drive. ·Project direction on UK and internationalschemes, within the greatest project portfolio in the industry. ·Day-to-day technical direction and leadership. ·Supporting other initiatives across the business (including but not limited to geo-environmental discipline, geotechnical/contam/structural investigation,maritime consultancy and monitoring & instrumentation).
