A key role in Investor Sales/E&A Sales/Markets Division Opportunity to collaborate with Trading and Operations in facilitating customer centric behaviour across the business Reports to the Head of Investor Sales, FX and Commodities and Head of Investor Sales Rates and Credit About The Role Role Location: ANZ London, United Kingdom Role Type: Permanent, Full Time As an Associate Director, Europe Sales, your role is focused on the European Investor base, supporting the Heads of Investor Sales driving the execution of the Investor Sales strategic priorities in alignment with the global strategy and in co-ordination with the Regional Head of Markets. You will be required to work in collaboration with Product Partners, Business Enablement and Relationship as well as other Investor Sales teams located around the globe. You will expand existing accounts, develop new account strategies and maintain strong relationships with customers. And you will identify possible sales opportunities for other areas of the Bank, and work with these areas as appropriate. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following - Comprehensive knowledge of all FX market products - spot, forwards and fluency in options is a prerequisite Solid ability to analyse the foreign exchange markets in order to advise clients on the appropriate Foreign Exchange product solution and recommend Trading Strategies Demonstrated strong analytical and numerical skills Highly developed interpersonal skills with a customer orientation Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, and collaborate with cross functional teams and across the ANZ network Team player with strong work ethic and growth mindset Organised, disciplined approach to client coverage Mentor, act as a role model and participate in the development of junior staff About ANZ At ANZ, everything we do boils down to why - our purpose - to shape a world where people and communities thrive.
