I am working with a leading UK transport planning business that is renown for providing the necessary transport expertise to secure new developments planning permission across the UK. They are looking for an experienced transport planner that has reached a point in their career where they want to harness their entrepreneurial spirit and take over the leadership of an established London team, business and office. This is exactly what we can offer you...We are looking for someone to enter the London business as an Associate Director/Director. The MD of this specialist consultancy is committed to providing the necessary support to ensure this person can be successful long term. You will be leading an established team of 5 transport planners who are technically brilliant at delivering projects to private sector clients. This team services a strong portfolio of London clients and therefore you will have a solid platform to capitalise on. You will be handed this profitable business and introduced to all the client contacts, with the task of sustainably growing this business.We are looking for a motivated, commercial minded, client facing business developer who can make this office the leading light of the UK business. Although we are keen to consider recognised Directors in the market, this role would definitely suit an ambitious Associate or Associate Director that is looking for that opportunity to reach the top and have full control and ownership of a business.This is a brilliant opportunity but it also offers significant reward and incentive. Yes we can offer a competitive salary but my client is keen to reward hard work and recognise growth by offering a bonus structure where you can earn significant cash instalments.
