Key Responsibilities: Business Excellence: • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to achieve financial targets through robust support functions. • Deepen client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service. • Efficiently manage governance items for Relationship Managers, ensuring compliance with strict due dates. • Provide accurate and timely support to Relationship Managers. • Produce high-quality phone and written correspondence to clients. • Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer them to Relationship Managers. • Manage the preparation of Client Due Diligence (CDD) reviews, ensuring deadlines are met. Global Collaboration: • Liaise with other departments and promptly address complaints. • Challenge and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and improve client service. • Daily review of overdrafts, account balances, and deposit reports. Risk Management: • Actively participate in preventing money laundering and fraud by adhering to the banks policies. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including the FCAs Treating Customers Fairly principles. Governance and Compliance: • Uphold FCAs Treating Customers Fairly standards consistently. • Stay updated on SCB Private Bank products and developments in banking and finance. Qualifications Required: • Financial qualification is advantageous. • Tertiary education preferred. Role-Specific Competencies: • Manage Conduct. • Manage Risk.
