Job Description

We are currently respresenting a European Real Estate Investment Manager with a AUM of 48BN, providing direct and indirect investments in residential and commercial properties in Europe.They are looking to add an Associate Director to the their Accounting team.Your Role:

  • To be able to adequately review outputs produced by the team in terms of commercial and GAAP adjustments required for Fund consolidations, cash flows, NAV reconciliations and distributions
  • To be able to support transactions from an Accounting perspective, being able to implement the mechanics of transactions, feeding into the SPA where required, supporting the buy side or sell side due diligence
  • To have a good working knowledge of all types of taxes (direct and indirect), working with tax advisors across a European portfolio and applying tax computations
  • Support the management of audits, tax declarations and board meetings, organising resolutions and, where regulatory requirements in other jurisdictions are required
Your Requirements
  • A UK Full Qualified Accountant - CFA/ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CPA etc.
  • Ideally 10+ years of relevant real estate experience
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
  • Excellent Academics, graduating from a Top University
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
