One of their very first interns now heads up their office in South America, and the business has strong presence in the UK while establishing itself in New Yorkthis year. And there is opportunity to work abroad in these offices.Youll join the business as an Associate Director, bringing your qualitative expertise to a varied portfolio of FMCG projects. Partnering with companies like Britvic, Estee Lauder and Unilever, a deep, evidence-based understanding of human behaviour willdrive innovation work that produces results.Youll play an active part in developing the business and its collaborative culture, executing the delivery of global insight & strategy projects. Key Duties
  • As Associate Director work collaboratively to architect, design and shape client projects to deliver against key goals
  • Managing projects - guiding the work and development of the teams, whilealso managing project resource and profitability
  • Deliver key project content, such as insights, presentations, workshops and debriefs
  • Act as a mentor to more junior members
  • Supporting business development and growth, including helping to drive new products and pitching in to create proposals for new business
Skills & Experience
  • Experience from either agency-side or in a global client-side insight, brand or innovation role
  • As an Associate Director you have a strong foundation in research, brand strategy / planning or innovation, and the commercial acumen to meet & exceed client expectations
  • Confident in your ability to manage and grow key accounts and client relationships
  • Able to self-manage and handle multiple priorities
  • Great communicator, working well with your team and consulting with partners
