We will look to connect all aspects of Disneys business to unlock growth witheach of their consumers from any line of business. Publicis Imagine will be active across the globe, with the hub for EMEA based here at White City in London. We are Disney fanatics and have created a unique UK and EMEA hybrid team to deliver not only excellence in market, but also be the guiding light forthe region when it comes to planning. We have brought together talent from all areas of our business, client leadership, strategy, planning, data science, content, insights and execution in agile squads that will deliver for Disneys business. Doing.Job DescriptionThis is a Hybrid role working on UK planning and expanding into Regional activation planning andEMEA strategic and account management for Disney Parks as well as CPGP (Consumer Products,Gaming and Publications)For UK planning, Have an active role in strategic and media planning alongside the AccountDirector and Strategy Manager - putting together responses to brief, reviewing specialistsproposals and presenting it to the client. For EMEA/Regional Planning, Lead on annual planningand ensuring strategic direction is followed through from client brief to activation ideas andexecution

• Develop brilliant strategic solutions for Disney using excellent brand, market, consumer and media understanding to deliver business value
• Managing a Team of 4 and working into the Business Lead for the Lines of Businesses (Parks and CPGP)
• Accountable for understanding, interpreting and distilling clients core business and marketing objectives into clear and actionable media strategies
• Accountable for leveraging past campaign data and learnings to develop, refine and deliver media implementation guidelines and improve future campaigns
• Day to day contact for key clients across the Parks and CPGP Lines of Businesses and responsibility for the smooth running of the LOBs and day-to-day delivery.
• Project manage the campaign planning process, managing internal resource and collaborating closely with Disney to ensure timelines stay on track.
• Always look for operational efficiencies to ensure our ways of working develop and evolve at the required pace.
• Work closely with Data & Tech teams and to ensure smooth rollout of all initiatives within the Line of Business and for new market onboarding.

• An experienced planner
• planning communication experience
• Cross-channel media planning experience
• Passionate about The Walt Disney Company and everything its brands have to offer
• Be extremely capable across the board - move with ease between data, consumers and ideas - and have an excellent understanding of all media channels (particularly TV, OOH and Digital incl. Mobile and Social)
• Film and entertainment, media network/channel and/or streaming experience is preferred
• Best in class strategic thinking with an ability to communicate (written and verbal) strategic and innovative ideas with clarity and simplicity
• Excellent ability and proven track record of working with clients at a senior level to advise on the strategic direction of their communications and its ability to deliver business value; Someone with gravitas that brings charisma and passion to inspireand win people over at every level of an organization
