An experienced Development Monitoring Surveyor who will become an integral member of a successful and expanding team.Having delivered another year of growth, the team are ready to recruit a new Associate for their London based team. If youre a seasoned development surveyor/manager looking for an opportunity to accelerate your career and help grow the service line; they areready to welcome, you on board.You will work within a thriving multi-disciplinary property consultancy with services spanning Architecture, Building Surveying, Project Management, Planning, CDM, and Quantity Surveying. With offices across the UK, they are able to attract and secure projectsand frameworks with some of the UKs most prestigious clients.As an Associate within a technical due diligence team, you will also enjoy a wide range of responsibilities. Advising and supporting clients through the full development process. From initial proposal of a real estate developments, through to the planningand delivery aspects. Identifying development risks and monitoring the project, reporting on progress and how the various risks and challenges in the development process are being managed.The role requires direct liaison with clients, developers, and their professional teams and would suit someone with a strong background in construction, development or property (quantity surveying, project management or building surveying).
