This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to become a permanent member of our London Recoveries and Receivership team. You will be joining a fast paced, dedicated and hardworking team that is currently made up of 2 Directors and 1 Associateand forms part of the wider Professional Services Division of Circa. 50 staff.Our national advisors work with lenders to recover debts in a variety of ways, based on the circumstances. Our aim is to provide a one stop shop via our extensive knowledge. We also pursue opportunities to support turnaround situation e.g. to prevent insolvency.The Role & Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will involve advising all types of property lender including UK and overseas banks as well as short term/development finance lenders, private equity and funds, on recovering monies owed on loans which have not gone according to plan. This positionis suited to a qualified surveyor who wants a role which is anything but mundane with no day the same as the last. The day to day work will involve supporting the Directors across both residential and commercial assets with nationwide coverage, working onexisting and new projects with a view to the end to end running of instructions in the future.The ability to work as part of a team is essential both within the Recoveries team and the wider business, and the sharing of knowledge is key. The role will involve the development of complex strategies and solutions with the candidate able to commit toand deliver on challenging goals. This role provides an extensive scope to learn and develop within it, with the full support of the team. The team is always keen to experiment with new ideas and process improvements.
