Infracapital is one of the longest standing European infrastructure platforms having been a key player in the deployment of capital in the infrastructure space for the past 20 years. We invest and manage capital in infrastructure assets on behalf of our clients, the majority of whom are pension plans, insurance companies and other institutional investors. Our team of specialists has amassed over 700 collective years experience and has built a long, demonstrable track record in delivering premium returns for our clients. Over the years, we have developed innovative strategies that can access a wide range of greenfield and brownfield infrastructure opportunities across Europe. Part of our team focuses primarily on originating and executing new transactions (the Transaction Team) and part of our team focuses primarily on managing the investments once the assets have been acquired (the Asset Management Team). The Asset management Team has the responsibility for ensuring our investments perform in accordance with the investment thesis, including sitting on the boards of our portfolio companies and working closely with the management teams of the portfolio companies to deliver the agreed business plans. We are looking to hire an Associate to our Asset Management Team. Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, the individual will support (and in some cases take the lead in) various important operational and asset management activities across the portfolio of assets. The individual will play a key role in a number of workstreams, including: Support lead asset managers with various workstreams related to manging assets Finalise the development and maintenance of our reporting system, working with the Asset Management Team colleagues and in some cases portfolio companies Ensure the timely review and production by the Asset Management Team of various reports to the wider Infracapital team Develop a system to forecast and report on assets capital needs Act as a liaison with Infracapitals Finance Team and Investors Relations Team Help the Head of Asset Management embed and improve the ESG reporting Help further development of the Asset Management Manual Ensure the adequacy and organisation of the shared drive Help asset managers ensure governance policies are in place for assets Support the Head of Asset Management in developing a strawman and procedures for Long Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs) discussions with portfolio companies Help with various administrative matters related to assets as appropriate, including for example registration of loan notes, confidentiality agreements, engagement letters, D&O insurance, etc Help develop and drive the "annual calendar" for the Asset Management Team The individual will have experience with strong quantitative, analytical and business skills, ideally gained in an investment or accounting platform (e.g. newly qualified chartered accountant). Experience in infrastructure would be ideal. The individual will also have strong organisation skills and ability to drive outcomes within set deadlines. The individual will have appetite to undertake a variety of tasks and will have strong interpersonal skills to be able to effectively interact with various teams within Infracapital.
