Our client is a world-leading engineering practices that are seeking to recruit an Associate Acoustic Consultant to work from its offices in London. You will be joining one of the worlds most reputable organizations in providing technical services to a range of different industries including; residential, commercial and education sectors. Requirements- * Degree in Acoustics or related discipline. * Working towards or established chartered status. * Full membership of the Institute of Acoustics. * Extensive commercial experience and proven track record of project delivery within Building acoustics. * Excellent communication skills. * Up to date knowledge of legislation surrounding building design in relation to acoustics. * Driving license. Duties are * Undertaking surveys and technical reports. * Providing acoustics advice to building design disciplines. * Liaising and negotiating with clients and industry professionals. * Managing projects from preplanning to completion. * Preparing budgets and tenders. This role is for an experienced individual who has already established a presence in the Acoustics sector; you will be responsible for increasing the presence of the companys building and architectural acoustics branch.
