Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 Location: London, UK My client, a global American Investment Bank is looking to hire an Associate level candidate to join their growing team in London! With a focus on technology, media and Telecom (TMT), my client is lookingfor a motivated individual with passion about the sectors, eager to work in an elite platform with a global reach. Inviting people with experience in M&A and Corporate Finance transactions. The candidate should also possess 3-6 years of experience within aTMT team of an Investment Bank - as well as a record on closing sell-side and financial deals over $250mm. Role Responsibilities: Execution of transactions, including M&A and Corporate Finance Client management and ownership of daily responsibilities; buildand maintain relationships and direct contact with clients Manage project deliverable and due diligence processes Work together with global offices in order to support origination and execution of cross-border transactions Train and support Analysts Key Requirements:Bachelors degree Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate finance within a TMT team Experience in working on both sell-side and financing deals for clients Financial modelling, business planning and project management skills Passionate about the tech sectoras a whole Written and verbal communication skills If you are interested in the role apply today!
