  • Grow the business with your Store Manager like it’s your own through helping manage ordering, inventory, and stock control for the store, assisting in increasing profitability through driving sales and profitability targets and ensuringrotas are in line with sales and budgeted hours especially when running your own shifts or in the Store Managers absence.
  • Nurture your teams like our beans by working closely with them and providing leadership to drive the core values of the Starbucks mission and ensuring a world class customer experience is delivered daily as well as normal store tasks. Assistingyour Store Manager in recruiting, welcoming, training, and developing Baristas and Supervisors to become our future leaders and in turn developing yourself to become our next Store Manager!
  • Serving and delivering perfect products, corporate merchandising campaigns, safe and legal day to day operations and store standards and exceptional customer service standards. All at the same time being an effective role model for thewhole team
What do you need
  • Experience of leading a team on shift in a fast-paced environment and willing to step up in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Drive, passion, and a natural energy to deliver a fabulous customer experience and consistent product every time as well as excellent cleanliness
  • Good oral/written communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with exceptional team building capability.
  • Proof of right to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis
