Job Description

PMR (Property Management Recruitment) are a specialist property recruitment company, based in Oxford Circus. We are undergoing continued growth and are looking to appoint a further member of staff to join our successful team. PMR specialise in providing the best talent to the Residential Property, Build To Rent, Purpose Built Student Accommodation and Flexible Office sectors. The senior members of the PMR team have over 40 years experience within the industry. We work across theUK for various Managing Agents, Developers, RMCs, PBSA developments and Flexible Office providers. We focus on providing all staff requirements, from front of house concierge to estate/accommodation management, operations, leasing and marketing. We have an amazing retention rate and can offer staffprogression within the business.As an Assistant Recruitment Consultant you will be given all the training and support required to learn about the specific property sectors and approach to the recruitment market. You will be responsible for speaking to candidates, screening them on behalfof your clients requirements and gaining their interest.Qualifications Desired:*Educated to GCSE level - Good literacy & numeracySkills:*Must be computer literate and able to use Word/ Outlook/ Excel*Must have a working knowledge of social mediaPerson Specification:*Honest and Reliable*Driven and Self Motivated*Confident and Diplomatic*Team Player*Works well under pressure*Excellent communication and customer service skillsFuture of the role:You will receive both in-house training and be enrolled into the RECs training program, to allow you to progress into working as a recruitment consultant. Our recruiters earn salaries in the range £45-60k after 2 years experience, so there is great potential for you if the role suits you
