Job Description

Assistant Quantity SurveyorBenefits:

    • Our client is a large sub-contracting fit out company who have a long-term view to becoming a main contractor. They are a lovely company to work for and have an extremely low staff turnover. Employees are treated in a family like way and the management stress the importance of a work/life balance.Due to continuous expansion they are looking for an assistant quantity surveyor to join their team. You will be reporting in to the Commercial Manager and supported day to day by the Quantity Surveying team. The role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor will include:
  • Assisting the Quantity Surveyors with their projects.
  • Site visits.
  • Recording variations and reporting it to the Quantity Surveyor.
  • Overseeing site operatives and fixers payments.
    • To be successful in your role you must be degree qualified and have at least 2 years post degree experience.
