Assistant Marketing Manager - Luxury Shopping Destination Rare opportunity to join this iconic luxury retail business at an exciting time of development and growth. We are looking for a brilliant Marketing Manager, or Senior Marketing Executive looking for a progressive move, ideally from a luxury retail business. Crucially, you will need a solid foundation of experience developing and delivering seasonal marketing activity, integrated campaign management and brand activations on a big scale.THE ROLE This role reports directly into the Head of Marketing, with responsibility for delivery of seasonal activity including events and pop ups, as well as general marketing responsibilities for this iconic shopping destination.Main Responsibilities:* Support the delivery of consumer campaigns, events, installations and promotional activities, ensuring all activations are within budget and on brand * Delivery of the pop up animation programme, supporting the Senior Leasing Manager for Retail and Restaurants* Creation of campaign specific retailer briefing packs to encourage tenant participation* Where relevant, create content for website, email and social channels including image resizing and copy writing * Coordination of all seasonal events and initiatives for the estate * Coordinate paperwork specific to events including licensing, pop up leases, permits * Manage all filming enquiries * Coordinate external event and pop up requests, delivering these where relevant and negotiating site fees against a set commercial target* Support to Head of Marketing for the design and production process for campaign assets required eg window vinyls, event collateral (flyers, brochures)* Support to Head of Marketing in coordination design and production of collateral including brochures and presentations third party partnerships* Collate weekly and monthly update reports on marketing, PR and Events, providing progress updates and coverage, event and project highlights* Liaise with external agencies as required in relation to the delivery of events and marketing initiatives including creative, design, production, costs* Support Marketing Manager in collating photography and digital assets ensuring the image library is up to date, including coordination of shoots TO APPLY To apply for this role and for immediate consideration please apply by sending your CV via the link on this portal.
