The business is in the process of updating its core systems. The current project relates to the update of the core finance system moving from a legacy version of Microsoft Navision ("NAV") to SAP Business ByDesign ("SAP ByD"). During the project an Assistant Management Accountant will be dedicated to the project and therefore backfill is required. The role is a contract role expected to complete at the end of July 2021.The role of the Assistant Management Accountant is to manage the finances for a group of buildings within the Groups portfolio and support the Finance Manager in the production of reporting for the board, shareholders and internal stakeholders.The candidate will be responsible for liaising with their building managers and other department heads, ensuring they are aware of all relevant building events and departmental activities, and completing the month end reporting accordingly. The candidate will also take responsibility for other financial duties within the team throughout the month and provide ad hoc assistance to the Finance Manager.
