Monitor cash flows, provide investment ideas and implement investment decisions. Prepare equity, fixed income future, borrowing and currency trades for execution following internal procedures to minimise guideline breaches and incorrect trades. Placetrades, receive and process executions and monitoring to ensure best execution is met at all times. Relationship and contacts - Maintain a good relationship with brokers, able to discuss trading and get good quotes. Maintain a good relationship with relevantentities such as custodian, trustee, management companies, administrators and investors to provide good financial services. Prepare reports to the clients. Work with the Risk Officer in preparing reports for IRCO. Act as a point of contact with Abel Noser,managing the relationship and controlling workflows and results. Line Duties 1. Support the VP, Senior Investment Manager. Provide assistance to the VP, Senior Investment Manager in the daily investment process and management of clients portfolios. 2.Assist in the training and supervision of other team members, where necessary, on investment processes and procedures. Risk management 1. All duties will be performed in accordance with the rules and any departmental policies and procedures. 2. All staffare expected to abide by relevant laws and regulation applicable to their role and to undertake appropriate training and skill development in order to maintain competence. Required Skills: Graduate with 2 to 4 years investment managementexperience with goodlevel of market knowledge to be able to advise, report and make recommendations with regard to investment and other activitiesProficiency in using Dimension, PORT, Bloomberg, Excel, Trading plat form(TSOX, Tradweb, MarketAxess, FXall and so on )Abel Noser Strong Communication skills both verbally and in writing as well as good listening skills Full knowledge of the UK financial services regulations applicable to the role2 to 4 years Investment amangement experience is essential - Fluent Japanese helpful
