Job Description

Assistant General Manager / Assistant Centre Manager - Front of House - 5* Corporate Hospitality / Serviced Offices - Central London - up to £35k + BenefitsWe are on the hunt for a highly organised and personable AssistantGeneral Manager, with exceptional standards of Customer Service, to join our client, a world class, 5* serviced office provider based in Central London, asthey rapidly expand.Reporting to the General Manager,the Assistant General Manager will help to ensure that the companys award-winning, world class service is delivered to the clients, through excellent management of the Front of House team, ensuring the team goes above and beyond, offering consistently high levels of service at all times.Were looking for talented individuals who have demonstrable experience in similar 5* corporate hospitality / customer services roles, individuals who can help drive the business forward as the business expands and new facilities are introduced.Recruitment Open Events: our client is hosting Recruitment Open Events on 11th and 24th February to showcase their incredible facilities and to allow potential recruits the opportunity to experience their 5* service first hand - think champagnereceptions and guaranteed interviews!   • Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
  • Handling client queries, ensuring all queries are addressed professionally
  • Proactive problem solving, resolving issues with speed, empathy and professionalism
  • Undertaking regular building checks to ensure the centre is as it should be at all times
  • Helping to prepare offices for new clients moving in and ensuring it is a seamless process
  • Assisting clients with IT and communications as needed
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Maintaining client records and files
What were looking for:
  • Previous experience in similar Front of House / Customer Service role in a client facing environment and ideally in a supervisory capacity
  • Impeccable standards of customer service and the desire to join an organisation that is recognised as a leader in providing world class levels of service
  • Highly organised nature
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels in a tactful and diplomatic way
  • Proactive problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • IT literate
  • Well presented, professional and motivated
