Job Description

Are you aspiring towards your ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification, looking for a new and exciting challenge We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join one of the largest Real Estate firms, office based central London. If you are available immediately this may be the role for you.This is a 12 month FTC requiring an immediate start, to become an important member of the Finance team who will assist with the day-to-day financial management of the European Outlet. The important elements to the role include; cash management, cash reporting and accounts payable processes.Main duties include:

  • Day to day accounting tasks including AP management
  • Cash management, updating Fund cash balances
  • Reviewing bank reconciliations
  • Assist in the production of quarterly investment reports to investors
  • Assist the team where required in preparing the various finance reporting packs
  • Assist in the year-end audit process where applicable
  • Support the preparation of financial statements
  • To maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in ad hoc projects for both the Fund finance team and wider business from time to time
  • Provide support to Senior Management
  • Be responsible for the Tax and VAT compliance for various entities
    • Requirements:
  • Aspiring towards ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
  • Property/ fund experience
  • Strong IT skills
