Job Description

Assistant Estimator or Estimator - Prime ResidentialThe Company:My client are one the most established names in the London prime residential market, and have an enviable list of clients including major London Landowners and UHNW private clients.They have a group turnover of c. £50m per annum (much of which is already secured for 2022) and are financially very robust, having property interests alongside their construction business.My client predominantly refurbish grand homes and listed buildings in the capital as well as country houses in the Home Counties and high end commercial projects.Typical projects range from £100k to £10m+ in contract value and are located in some of the most affluent locations in London, including Chelsea, Mayfair and Belgravia.The Role:My client are currently looking to appoint an Estimator,

  • You will be based either from their modern office in Londons West End, or their East London/Essex office, or a combination of both locations - as preferred.
  • The successful candidate will initially be tasked with estimating smaller projects from £100k to £1m, before becoming involved with their flagship schemes.
  • The works will predominantly be prime residential refurbishment and high end commercial projects, and many are Listed Buildings or buildings with historical significance.
  • You will report to the Estimating Director, working in a team of four.
  • You will have good scope to further your career in line with their long term growth strategy.
