My client is a global corporate brand who are looking to add an Assistant Digital Learning Designer to their team. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong background in instructional design, including scripting and storyboarding of new content.As part of the learning and development team on a daily basis, you will be responsible for the following activities. Supporting and working with the Head of Group Learning and the Digital Learning Designer on projects and presentations. You will be an integral part of the team by helping collaborating and working with the training team on developing and rebranding digital learning and blended learning materials.You will also be working with internal or external SMEs to create bespoke content, swell as creating and updating project briefs & plans, to communicate progress to sponsors and stakeholders.Systems and IT Competencies (essentials unless otherwise stated)· Articulate 360 suite, especially Storyline; Adobe Captivate 9; WPB (SAP product)· Familiar with digital learning standards and formats, including SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, TinCanAPI and other emerging standards· Quick learner in using and managing Learning Management Systems, · Ability to produce and edit in-house videos· Experience in production, selection and editing of high-quality graphics and images· Experience in utilising webinar software in recording online sessions and facilitating online training· Word· Excel · PowerPoint· OutlookQualifications/Education and Skill set:-· Graphic Design· Instructional Design Training· Virtual and Augmented Reality Training (beneficial)Profiles Creative is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
