The Role:The Crowd is working with a well-established design practice based in London who are looking for an upbeat and confident Assistant Community Manager to assist with the day to day management of their new coworking building.This is a rare and dynamic role where you will support and work closely with the Community Manager. From greeting visitors and assisting members to working with the events team and marketing promotions, you will be the go-to problem solver for the space.With this opportunity youll have the resources of a leading design practice with the exciting feel of a new company, as the coworking space is just opening. You will have a pivotal role in the spaces success and truly have an opportunity to put your stamp on things. This is a social, friendly and supportive space, perfect for someone who thrives in a people-focused role.Key Responsibilities: Greet members and visitors with a professional and friendly manner Central point of contact for successful day to day management of the space Daily, weekly and long-term task scheduling Answer calls and queries quickly and confidently Manage all membership requirements including coordination of meeting rooms, arrival of visitors and organisation of refreshments Quickly resolve member concerns by liaising with the Building Manager and IT team to ensure the smooth orientation Proactively maintain community engagement through efficient communication Encourage event participation and empower wider community networking Keep administration up to date using internal databases Ad-hoc administrative dutiesKey Skills: Personable and able to build relationships Excellent communication skills with proactive attitude Practical and methodical Process driven and can quickly learn internal systems Able to multi-task and handle problems whist remaining calm and controlled Organised and able to prioritise to meet deadlines Ideally previous experience working in a coworking space or previous customer service/client facing experience Interest in the architecture/design industryTo apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV.By applying for this role you agree to our Privacy Policy (full details are shown at the bottom of our website).The Crowd is an equal opportunities employer and agency.
