Marrusia Beverages has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Brand Manager to drive our brand growth in the UK Market with particular focus on digital and trade marketing. The successful candidate would be working across a uniquely interesting and high-quality Spirit portfolio in conjunction with passionate brand owners from across the world.This role requires an enthusiastic, creative and ambitious self-motivated marketeer who is a high achiever. The right candidate will have experience of delivering a successful digital brand strategy and should have minimum 2 years of relevant experience combined with affinity to Spirit Brands. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a stimulating environment and likes being part of a team at the same time having the ability to make decisions autonomously. This is a busy role that requires a candidate to organise busy schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Company Information - GlobalMarussia Beverages develops its route to market via a fully owned distribution network in 12 core markets: USA, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Russia, Ukraine, Japan, and Georgia. Marussia Beverages provides sales and marketing support including high quality account management, full product training, category insight, consumer and trade marketing.Candidate’s ProfileThis is an office based position (temporarily working from home due to COVID-19 restrictions) reporting to the Senior Brand Manager. The Company’s current office is in Central London, but the candidate will be expected to travel both domestically and internationally when required.Ideal candidate’s profile:

  • Relevant University degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally in the premium branded environment

  • The candidate will be responsible for:
  • Relationships with Agency Brand Owners as well as internal global marketing stake holders.
  • Coordination and implementation of the Brand Plans for the UK operations group
  • Coordination and implementation of our eCommerce / On-Line strategy
  • Implementation of effective customer and consumer trade strategy
  • Implementation of marketing strategies
  • Direct collaboration with the sales team and key customers to bring plans to life in market
  • Coordination of a marketing budget
  • Management of marketing activities: online/offline, advertisement, PR, exhibitions, events, trade activities and other campaigns that are proposed for the implementation to achieve the objectives
  • Keeping up to date with marketing trends
