Assistant Accountant | Rapid-Growth TV Production Business | LondonHarmonic are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with a rapidly scaling TV Production business based in Central London to recruit an Assistant Accountant.The BusinessFollowing a period of rapid expansion, this Independent TV Production business based in London are looking to take on an Assistant Accountant to support their small finance team. The company have doubled turnover in each of the last three years, and it nowsits at around £15m for the group, with plans to double that again over the next 18 months. They have a fantastic track record in the industry, producing award winning Drama and Scripted productions and distributing content across the globe. Their incrediblesuccess, despite operating for a short period of time, has led to some major investment in the company by institutional investors. Based in a very central area of London, they are renowned for their non-corporate work environment as well as prioritizing work/life balance. With a total business-wide headcount of around 20, you will be working within a small and tight-knit finance team comprisedof three passionate finance professionals. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days expected in the office per week.The Role: Reporting directly to the talented Head of Finance, the Assistant Accountant will be responsible for the bookkeeping for the organization. The ideal candidate has experience using Xero, or has experience picking up several systems. They are looking for someoneto join the business and hit the ground running, catering to your long-term development over time. As the company continues to grow, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility including increased exposure to Management Accounts.
