Job Description

Assistant Accountant- 3 Month temporary contract - Camden, North London (Hybrid ) - £180 - £220 Per day (Umbrella) FryerMiles have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to work with a PE backed Technology company on a 3 month day contract that could lead to a permanent role, this is a great opportunity for an experienced hands on Assistant Accountant tohelp on optimising the financial processes and ensuring accurate transactional flows within the organisation.The duties of the Assistant Accountant include:

  • Take charge of managing transactional flows across various aspects of our operations, including our proprietary marketplace software, ERP system, and banking activities.
  • Youll provide accurate and timely data through the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Meet stakeholder satisfaction goals by overseeing the execution of daily and weekly payment runs for both our French and UK entities.
  • Demonstrate strong control over credit management activities, ensuring a leak-proof financial environment..
  • Youll leverage your experience to proactively be on the lookout for process improvement opportunities.
The successful Assistant Accountant will:
  • Studying towards a qualification ACCA/CIMA with at least 3 years of practical experience..
  • Experience managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Dynamic self-starter with a proactive approach
  • French speaker would be highly advantageous but not a necessity.
