Associates in the Corporate Equity business are part of a talented team of investment professionals responsible for the acquisition and management of investments. You will be involved in a wide range of high profile transactions, which might include managementbuy-outs, take privates, add-on acquisitions, build ups, restructurings, recapitalizations and dispositions, with an integral role in the deal process and value creation strategy.
