The Alternative Investments & Manager Selection ("AIMS") Group is responsible for identifying, researching and selecting leading third-party investment managers. The group provides investors with investment and advisory solutions across leading hedge fund managers,private equity funds, secondaries, GP stakes, real estate managers, public equity and fixed income strategies. With over 350 professionals across 11 offices globally, the AIMS Group helps institutional and individual investors with their program design, managerdiligence, portfolio construction and risk management. The investment solutions in AIMS have a long history and our programs have seeded and partnered with many of the worlds most prominent alternative investment managers. Today, AIMS oversees over $300 billionacross portfolios of both customized and commingled fund solutions as one of the worlds broadest, deepest and longest-standing "open architecture" programs. AIMS PetershillEstablished in 2007, the AIMS Petershill business within the Asset Management Division partners with leading alternative asset managers and helps to accelerate their strategic development. Petershills minority investments seek to support the creation of long-termvalue by providing strategic capital to enhance employee retention, facilitate business development, buy out legacy equity holders and generate strategic options - while preserving the autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit of these organizations. Petershillhas partnered with over 35 alternative asset management firms to date and has raised over $10.0bn of commitments in private fund commitments. Petershill is also the operator of Petershill Partners (LSE: PHLL), a London Stock Exchange listed company. RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS Principal Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Director of Finance and Head of Platform Management for Petershill
• Maintain financial/budget model and tracking consensus for public company
• Prepare materials for Board of Directors
• Assist with liquidity management, valuation oversight, management reporting and various ad hoc requests
• Assist with preparation of client/shareholder reporting deliverables
• Assist IR with investor presentations and requests from external investors
• Assist with technology initiatives

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills to manage various requirements into one synchronized process across various stakeholders
• Attention to detail-proven experience of delivering high levels of accuracy
• Knowledge and understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and Word and adaptability to learn other software products
• Candidate must be a team player and self-motivated, demonstrating a willingness to take on more responsibility over time
• Demonstrate strong comprehension of complex product structures
• At least 3 years of professional experience in public and/or private accounting; experience in public company auditing a plus
