LSA role with a focus on Complex Social Needs and Autism.Trial days taking place in the next 3 weeks..Can you keep the children safe and can you demonstrate the value of an education to them The building blocks of empathy, then you can do something considerable on the academic side.Primary School with a real focus on SEN and Mental Health & LSA role**Primary School - EYFS, KS1 and KS2**Watching outstanding leadership and teaching take place before qualifying your next career move**Restorative and holistic practices in place, working 1-1, 1-2 and all round class role.**Delivering key and functional skills, giving the students pragmatic objectives**If there is a behaviour need then that will mean a need is not being met at home or within school**ADHD, Aspergers, OCD, Dyslexia and a focus on Social, Emotional and Mental Health challenges**Focus on MFL if that is an area of specialism**Creating the right balance of personal and group education**Focus on trauma and nature nurture, restorative practices will be employed**Range of age and size of children in each class, very diverse role and ideal experience**Diverse school when looking at socio-economic status, faith, race, culture and, especially, luck**Focus on learning need and Autism, delivering key and personal/functional skills**Practical, creative and vocational subjects, what sparks joy for the students and will help them positively contribute to society**350 students, classes of 25 and a real focus on all of the academic, creative and sports, dependent on the student and context**£75 per day PAYE, Monday to Friday, 8.15 to 4.15This is a Learning Support Assistant role that will put you into challenging, sometimes Anti-Social contexts that will build your foundations of experience.
