Our client is a successful asbestos consultancy known for providing outstanding services within various asbestos/environmental disciplines. The company are now seeking the services of an experienced and hardworking Asbestos Surveyor based in and aroundthe London area. The ideal candidate will come from a strong asbestos background and will hold the P402 certificate as well as experience carrying out asbestos surveys on a range of site and contract types. Applications from Romford, Dartford, Grays, Bromleyand the surrounding areas will be considered.Qualifications & ExperienceHolding the P402 or the equivalent RSPH qualification essential.Previous experience in asbestos surveying within the asbestos industry.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Will be well-versed with the asbestos Health and Safety procedures. IT literate with proficiency in using MS Office. Duties of the role: Carrying out Asbestos Management and Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties, including commercial and Industrial.Collating and producing accurate and comprehensive asbestos reports. Build and maintain a good working relationship with clients of all professional levels. Overall, the successful postholder will have a strong work ethic as well as excellent technical skills and knowledge. All prospective candidates must be prepared to travel as per the clients requirements.
