An exciting opportunity has arisen within a UKAS accredited company who deliver a wide range of specialist asbestos services to a nationwide client base. They currently have a vacancy for an experienced, qualified and committed Asbestos Surveyor based in or around the London area. The successful candidate will hold the P402 asbestos certificate and will have hands on experience carrying out asbestos surveys on a range of site types. Consideration will be given to applications from Wembley, Watford, Twickenham, Epsom and the surrounding areas. Experience/Qualification Required:Must hold the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.Will have experience in carrying out Asbestos surveys on a varied site base.Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Will be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.Must be fully conversant with the Health & Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.Must be able to communicate effectively with clients/customers face to face. Key Responsibilities of the Role: Undertaking Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various buildings including commercial and industrial.Collating and producing comprehensive and accurate asbestos reports.Building and maintaining a professional rapport with clients.Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the Health & Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.The successful post-holder must be versatile, flexible, have good work ethic and have the aptitude to carry out the work effectively and within timeline.Must be flexible with regards to travellingAn attractive salary, depending on expertise, company vehicle and along with many other benefits awaits the right candidate.Future Select are the leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry, we work with the best clients & candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.
