Job Description

Asbestos Consultant/Surveyor Analyst£30,000 - £35,000 + BenefitsLondon & South EastThis is a fantastic opportunity to become part of one of the worlds leading inspection, verification, testing and certification companies, who employ over 95,000 staff across and a huge network of offices and laboratories around the world. If you a highly motivated and quality driven Asbestos Surveyor Analyst, that is looking to take the next step in your career - we would like to hear from you!As an Asbestos Consultant, you will be responsible for providing asbestos consultancy to clients, as well as carrying out site duties which include:

  • Conducting Management, Refurbishment/Demolition, and reinspection surveys across mainly commercial and industrial properties
  • Air monitoring and 4 stage clearance testing
  • Producing accurate asbestos survey and remediation reports
  • Project management of asbestos remediation works
  • Carrying out site risk assessments
  • Producing asbestos management plans
    • Essential Requirements:
  • All candidates MUST be BOHS P402, P403, P404/RSPH3 qualified
  • Full UK driving license and willing to travel across London and South East
  • Proven industry experience in asbestos surveying and air monitoring
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Sound knowledge of air monitoring, clearance testing and asbestos removal management
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK asbestos legislation
  • Good IT skills and good working knowledge of TEAMS software
