PART 2 ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT -MICROSTATION- SOUTH LONDONExcellent opportunity for a talented Part 2 Assistant or newly qualified Part 3 wanting to work on creative and modern projects but in a smaller environment that allows you to play a key role.Youll be helping the company with their current small to medium scale residential projects creating high quality bespoke architecture. They are looking for a design orientated individual who prides themselves on attention to detail. You must be familiarwith UK Building Regulations and have relevant UK based sector experience.To be considered, were looking for:- Part 2 qualified or a newly qualified Part 3.- Experience in stages 1-4 - Microstation and SketchUP knowledge preferred or willingness to learn.- Ability to work on their own. - An engaging communicator both verbally and written.The offices are in a lovely part of South West London so candidates should be in the local area or moving to. Salary is between £26,000 to £32,000 depending on your background.
