Job Description

Arabic speaking Client Manager - Private BankingSalary around: up to £65,000 p.a.Benefits Include: Private healthcare, Generous pension contributions and bonusesPermanentCentral London - OnsiteJob Ref NW202729Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting for an Arabic speaking Client Manager for our well established and prestigious banking client in their central London offices.The Client Manager will work within the Private banking team developing and maintaining relationships with clients and promoting the Bank’s services.Duties of an Arabic speaking Client Manager:

  • Promote the Bank’s Private Banking services and products to existing and potential customers based on agreed marketing strategies and plans
  • Maintain and foster business relationships with High Net Worth and VIP customers to grow the banks portfolio of deposits and loans
  • Explore and evaluate commercial and residential investment opportunities in the UK real estate market for customer offerings
  • Handle all aspects of credit applications for property purchases, manage their implementation, and supervise the post-sanction facility process
  • Liaise with solicitors and surveyors on customer transactions requested through the Bank
  • Relay relevant information to customers regarding their funds, market conditions, and trends
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with Money Laundering regulations for customers
  • Manage customer records, handle complaints, and provide reports to Senior Management.
  • Gather and interpret information on competitors, products, services, and activities for the Head of Department
  • Ensure the safety of the Departments vault, prepare reports, and assist with financial crime and compliance procedures
Requirements of an Arabic speaking Client Manager:
  • Excellent English communication skills and fluency in spoken Arabic required
  • CeMAP Qualification
  • Excellent Customer relationship management skills
  • Experience working in a similar Client-facing role within the banking sector, ideally with private clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a banking related field
  • Ability to interact with both colleagues and customers in professional and respectful manner
  • Proven ability of establishing and enhancing customer relationships, both new and existing
