You will be first point of contact for all Apprenticeship enquiries and will be responsiblefor customer orientated service to our employees and Apprenticeship Partners. Ensuring our current and potential learners are kept informed, motivated, and excited about our Apprenticeship Offerings.We are going through an exciting period of transformation, which has resulted in this new position. So, if you are looking to further develop your skills and want to join a small, growing team who are passionate about people and healthcare science, thiscould be the role for you!The Talent team forms part of the wider HR Department based at our Corporate Office, soon to be moving to our Hub in Friars Court, Blackfriars. You will be working alongside the Head of Talent, Scientific Training Officer, Scientific Training Coordinator,and Apprenticeship and Placement Coordinator.We are a small team, with people development at the heart of what we do. You can expect to be responsible for the effective day to day running of "Synnovis Academy", which is our Apprenticeship Offering ensuring that processes and systems are developed,improved and maintained to meet the needs of the business. Working with the Head of Talent, the Apprenticeship Coordinator will be the primary points of contact for Apprenticeship activities. Additionally, you will co-ordinate internal and external placementstudents into our Hub and Hospital sites.
