As a leader in unlocking apprentice opportunities within the engineering, construction and associated sectors, our client works closelywith both main and sub-contractors to successfully deliver apprenticeship programs. Due to growth, they now have an immediate vacancy for an Apprentice Manager to be based at their Heathrowoffice.As an Apprentice Manager, you will: * Join a growing team and focus on developing and delivering the very best in NAS based training and apprenticeships* Lead apprentice recruitment (screen, qualify, test etc.)* Manage contract negotiations, apprentice placement and ongoing contract management* Complete regular site visits to outline opportunities and check compliance* Backfill opportunities* Complete payroll and other administration based duties* Attend onboarding and training sessions at a Waterloo based officeThe ideal candidate will: * Be degree educated (2020/21)* Be a highly motivated professional with first-class communication skills* Have the ability to liaise and influence at every level* Be a team focused player, resilient, organised and hardworking* Have career aspirations, deliver targets and meet growth expectations* Potentially, have knowledge or an interest in the engineering/construction sectorThe successful sales candidate can expect a generous 23k base salary with an additional bonus, an excellent benefits package, great working environment and genuine opportunities for career progression.Certus Graduate Recruitment is a specialist provider of graduate and early career recruitment solutions across the UK and Europe.
